DERMACALM
Therapy for sensitive skin with rosacea and couperose
Rosacea · couperose · acne-rosacea
At Aesthetic Boutique in Kyiv, rosacea-prone skin is treated with three Nelly De Vuyst® protocols: DERMACALM (2,300 UAH, 75 min) for redness and visible capillaries, BIOROSACEA (2,300 UAH, 60 min) for papules, pustules and Demodex, and BIO REPAIR (2,600 UAH, 60 min) during a flare-up. All three work without machines, injections or harsh acids, so you can go straight back to your day.
Rosacea is a chronic condition in which facial blood vessels dilate easily and the skin barrier is weakened. A meta-analysis by Gether and colleagues (British Journal of Dermatology, 2018) estimates that it affects around 5% of adults worldwide.
Heat, laser or RF energy, aggressive acids and mechanical irritation are classic flare triggers. We chose a different route: calm the microcirculation and rebuild the barrier and microbiome with plant actives and gentle manual techniques.
Persistent redness, broken capillaries, burning — DERMACALM.
Papules, pustules, suspected Demodex — BIOROSACEA.
Flare-up, tightness, flaking — BIO REPAIR, to restore comfort first.
Your therapist confirms the protocol at the consultation, together with a home-care plan using the same Nelly De Vuyst® products.
Questions & answers
Yes, but not just any treatment. During a flare-up we choose BIO REPAIR: it hydrates, relieves tightness and calms inflammation without irritation. Once the skin settles, we move on to DERMACALM or BIOROSACEA.
It depends on your skin and on consistent home care. Your therapist builds a plan after the first consultation and adjusts it to how your skin responds.
The protocols do not traumatise the skin, so there is no downtime: you can go straight back to your day.
No. Diagnosing rosacea and prescribing medication is a dermatologist's job. Our protocols are professional skin care that supports the skin and works well alongside medical advice.
Aesthetic Boutique treatments are professional cosmetic care, not medical treatment. Diagnosis and medication are prescribed by a dermatologist.
