Corporate wellness: recovery for those who make the decisions
Aesthetic Boutique designs corporate wellness programmes for executives and teams in Kyiv, from a Stress → Wellness Audit (a stress assessment and a personal recovery plan) to a regular Wellness Subscription. Each participant gets their own protocol; the company gets leaders with energy in reserve. Programmes are run in English or Ukrainian, and corporate gift cards are also available.
Why companies invest in recovery
Since 2019 the World Health Organization has included burn-out in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) as an occupational phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. For a business, that means lost focus, weaker decisions and people who leave.
The programmes were created by Aesthetic Boutique founder Iryna Hryban, a certified wellness coach and nutritionist (USA) and Ukraine's ambassador for Global Wellness Day and World Digital Detox Day. They combine body-based spa protocols with work on stress, sleep and nutrition.
How we work

2. A programme proposal tailored to your budget and schedule.
3. Individual protocols for every participant, with regular feedback.

What group size do the programmes suit?
Anything from a single executive to a whole team. Format and schedule are agreed individually.
Can we order corporate gift cards?
Yes, for specific treatments or an amount — for example, as a gift to your team or partners.
Are programmes available in English?
Yes. Iryna Hryban runs consultations and corporate programmes in fluent English: she lived in Washington, D.C. and New York for 15 years. International teams in Kyiv are welcome.

Aesthetic Boutique treatments are professional cosmetic care, not medical treatment. Diagnosis and medication are prescribed by a dermatologist.
